We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
Exchange Policy Guidelines

3-Day Window: Any article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or if there are size issues.

Condition: Exchange is allowed only if the article is not used and the packaging is in its original condition. Once verified, you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

Sales & Discounts: Articles purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged.

No Cash Refunds: Please note that cash refunds are not offered.

Process:

Provide all the required information to our team.

If all conditions are met, we will provide you with the address to ship the article back to us.

After we have received and inspected the article, we will dispatch your new piece.
